Payment and Scheduling Policy

All services provided by Whole Food Is Medicine are self-pay. Partial payment for services may be collected by credit or debit card when you schedule your appointment or book your package.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show and Late Policy

Clients 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled appointment are considered no-shows. No-show clients will be charged a no-show fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds for services already rendered will not be given. Requests for refunds for services not already rendered must be made in writing. Monthly services should be cancelled prior to the start of the new billing period.
